Usage Data: We use tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, and Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our site (e.g., clicks, scroll depth) to improve the user experience.

2. How We Use AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Shvii.ai utilizes third-party Large Language Models (LLMs) including OpenAI and xAI (Grok) to generate content.

When you generate a resume or cover letter, your input text is sent to these API providers.
We do not use your data to train our own AI models.
Your documents are generated, sent back to you, and stored in our database so you can access them later.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secure databases provided by Supabase. We employ industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit. While we implement robust security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We rely on trusted third-party vendors to operate:

Supabase: Authentication and Database hosting.
Stripe: Payment processing.
OpenAI / xAI: Content generation APIs.
