Do you store my resume?
No. The text is sent to the AI for the scan and not retained. We don't train models on your data, and we don't resell it.
How accurate is the match score?
The score is a conservative estimate based on keyword density, formatting, and recruiter-readability heuristics. Real ATS systems vary (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, BambooHR all use slightly different scoring). Treat the score as directional — anything below 50 means rework before you submit.
